How Your Outbound Campaign Works

Piqely runs a fully managed outbound campaign on your behalf. Here's exactly how it works.

Your SDR Team

Outbound emails are sent by a team of dedicated SDR personas. Each inbox has a unique sender identity that appears to be part of your organization (Standard) or directly from your company (PIQ Pro). Prospects receive personalized cold emails from real-sounding professionals, not generic blasts.

Sending Infrastructure

We use dedicated sending domains warmed specifically for your campaign. This protects your primary domain reputation while maintaining high deliverability.

Standard: Sends from Piqely shared domains (e.g., getpiqely.com, trypiqely.com) PIQ Pro: Sends from custom domains branded to your company (e.g., getacmecorp.com). Emails appear to come directly from your team.

Email Sequence

Your campaign runs a multi-step sequence:

  • Email 1: Initial outreach, ICP-personalized hook
  • Email 2: Follow-up with a different angle (3–5 days later)
  • Email 3: Final touch with a softer CTA
  • Each email is written by our team and reviewed before launch. Sequences are continuously tested and refined based on reply patterns.

    Prospect Selection

    Every prospect is:

    • Sourced from Apollo.io against your exact ICP criteria
    • Verified for email deliverability (Millionverifier)
    • Deduplicated against your previous lists

    Reply Handling

When a prospect replies, our Wire system reviews it immediately, classifies the interest level, and either routes it to booking or handles objections with a follow-up.
