What Happens After a Prospect Replies

Every reply is handled by Wire, our AI-powered reply management system. Here's the full flow.

Step 1: Wire Reviews the Reply

Within minutes of a reply arriving, Wire reads it and classifies the intent:

  • Interested — prospect wants to learn more or book a call
  • Not now — open to future outreach, not ready now
  • Not a fit — wrong person, company, or need
  • Unsubscribe — opts out, removed immediately
  • Step 2: Booking Link Sent

For interested prospects, Wire sends a personalized reply with your Cal.com booking link. The link prefills with the prospect's name and email.

You'll receive a Slack alert when the booking link is sent.

    Step 3: Prospect Books

When the prospect books, your calendar is updated and you receive:

  • Slack alert with name, company, title, and call time
  • Email confirmation to you and the prospect

Step 4: Meeting Appears in Portal

The booked meeting shows in your Meetings pipeline with status "Booked."

Step 5: Auto-Qualify

Two hours after the scheduled call time (assuming no cancellation), the meeting automatically qualifies. You'll receive a notification and the $250 fee is queued.
