Data Source: Apollo.io
We pull from Apollo.io, one of the largest B2B contact databases with 275M+ verified contacts. We filter by your exact ICP criteria:
- Industry
- Job title (with variations)
- Company size
- Geography
- Valid — confirmed deliverable
- Catch-all (high confidence) — domain accepts all mail but individual address likely valid
- Previous campaign lists
- Your existing clients (if you share a suppression list)
- Unsubscribes
Verification: Millionverifier
Every email address is run through Millionverifier before being added to your campaign. We only send to:
We exclude risky, unknown, and invalid addresses. This keeps your bounce rate under 3% (our threshold).

Standard campaigns run 500–2,000 new prospects per month depending on your ICP size and monthly send capacity (12 inboxes × 50 emails/day = ~18,000 sends/month).

Refreshing the List
Lists are refreshed monthly with new prospects. Your ICP targeting is re-applied each refresh. Update your ICP settings before the refresh to influence the next batch.
