How to Upgrade to PIQ Pro
Upgrading to PIQ Pro adds dedicated branded sending domains and 12 exclusive inboxes. Your campaign continues running during the transition with zero downtime.
How to Request an Upgrade
We'll kick off provisioning within 1 business day.
What Happens After You Upgrade
Step 1: Domain Registration (Day 1)
We register a branded sending domain for your company, typically a variation of your company name (e.g., getacmecorp.com, trypipeline.ai).You'll approve the domain before we proceed.
Step 2: DNS Configuration (Days 1–2)
We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records on your new domain. This establishes proper email authentication before any sends.Step 3: Inbox Provisioning (Days 2–3)
12 dedicated inboxes are created on your domain and connected to our sending platform. These inboxes are exclusively yours and never shared.Step 4: Warmup (Days 3–25)
Your 12 inboxes warm up while your existing Standard campaign continues running. You keep getting meetings while we build your custom infrastructure in the background.Step 5: Campaign Migration (Days 22–30)
Once your custom inboxes hit 85%+ reputation, we migrate your campaign:- Prospect list transfers to your new inboxes
- SDR identity updates (from Piqely domains to your brand)
- Sequence copy updated to reflect your company identity
- Approval on the proposed domain name
- Brief company description for SDR persona context
- Optional: LinkedIn profile for SDR persona (recommended for higher trust)
You receive a notification when migration completes.
Pricing
Your monthly base increases from $3,000 to $3,500 starting the month your custom campaign goes live. You continue at the Standard rate during the warmup period.
The $250 per qualified meeting stays the same.
What You Need to Provide
Is There a Lock-In?
No additional commitment beyond your existing contract. PIQ Pro is a plan upgrade, not a new contract.
Can I Downgrade?
Yes, though rarely necessary. If you downgrade back to Standard, your campaign moves back to Piqely shared domains. Custom domains remain registered but go inactive.
