Updating Your Payment Method

You can update your card directly from the portal at any time.

Steps

  • Go to Billing in the sidebar
  • Click Update Payment Method
  • Enter your new card details
  • Click Save
  • Your new card is saved immediately and used for all future invoices.

    Supported Payment Methods

    • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
    • Debit cards with a billing address
    We do not currently support ACH, wire transfer, or PayPal for automatic billing. For invoice-based payments, contact your CSM.

    Security

    Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Piqely is PCI-compliant via Stripe.

    If Your Card Is Declined

    You'll receive an email notification. Log in and update your payment method within 3 days to avoid service interruption. See: What Happens If a Payment Fails?
