The PIQ- Prefix

All invoices are prefixed with PIQ- followed by a sequential number. This makes Piqely invoices easy to find in your finance system.

Meeting Line Items

Each qualified meeting appears as its own line item with the prospect's name. This lets you reconcile exactly which meetings you're paying for.

Downloading Your Invoice

PDFs are hosted via our secure billing system and are formatted for your accounting team.

Review Window

You have a 1-hour window after your invoice is generated before it finalizes. During this window, you can review line items and mark any no-shows. After finalization, reversals require contacting support.
