Marking a No-Show

If a prospect doesn't show up for their scheduled call, mark it as a no-show immediately. The $250 charge is automatically reversed.

Option 1: Via Slack (Fastest)

When a meeting qualifies, you receive a Slack alert in your connected channel. It includes an ❌ Was a No-Show — Reverse button.

Click it → charge is voided instantly → meeting status updates to Disqualified.

Option 2: Via the Portal

  • Go to Meetings in the sidebar
  • Find the qualified meeting
  • Click Log Outcome on the meeting card
  • Select No-Show
  • Save
  • The $250 charge is voided automatically. You'll see the status change to Disqualified.

    Deadline

    Mark no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled call time. After that, the invoice may have already finalized and reversals require manual processing by our team.

    What Happens to the Prospect?

    No-showed prospects are flagged in your pipeline. Wire can attempt re-engagement after a 30-day cooling period if you'd like — ask your CSM.
