Logging Meeting Outcomes

After each qualified meeting, we ask you to log what happened. This isn't just record-keeping — it feeds directly into targeting refinement.

The 4 Outcomes

Converted — Prospect became a client. 🎉 Log the deal value if you know it.

Nurturing — Good fit, not ready to buy yet. We flag for future re-engagement.

Not a Fit — Wrong company, budget, or need. Helps us refine ICP to avoid similar profiles.

No-Show — Prospect didn't attend. Charge is reversed automatically.

How to Log

  • Go to Meetings in the sidebar
  • Find the qualified meeting (green Qualified badge)
  • Click Log Outcome on the meeting card
  • Select the outcome, add optional notes, and save
  • Or use the link in the post-call email we send you after each auto-qualification.

    Why It Matters

    Every outcome you log teaches Wire and Forge what good looks like:

    • Converted profiles → double down on similar ICP
    • Not a Fit patterns → exclude from future lists
    • Nurturing signals → timing, objection handling
    Over time, your qualified meeting rate improves and your $250 gets more valuable.
