Help Center Meetings What Is the $250 Meeting Fee?

The $250 Qualified Meeting Fee

The $250 fee is how Piqely aligns incentives with your results. You only pay when we deliver a qualified meeting.

When Is It Charged?

The fee is triggered when:

  • A meeting auto-qualifies (2 hours after scheduled time, no cancellation)
  • The $250 is queued as a line item on your account
  • It rolls into your next monthly invoice
  • What You're Paying For

    A qualified meeting means:

    • An ICP-fit decision-maker booked and showed up
    • The conversation happened (not just a booking)
    • You have a real sales opportunity in front of you
    • How It Appears on Your Invoice

      Your invoice shows:

    • Base fee: $3,000/mo (or $3,500 for PIQ Pro)
    • Meeting fees: $250 × [number of qualified meetings]
    • Total: Base + meetings
Invoice prefix is PIQ- followed by the invoice number. You can download PDF invoices from the Billing page.

    Reversals

If a meeting was a no-show, the charge is automatically reversed when you mark it as no-show in the portal or via the Slack button. The reversal happens instantly — the invoice item is deleted before your invoice finalizes.

    Invoice Timing

You have a 1-hour review window after your invoice is generated before it finalizes. Check your Billing page if you want to review line items before payment.
